The Exhibit Floor
With more than 450 exhibiting organizations, multiple pavilions and stages featuring the hottest authors, and numerous related fun events, the exhibit floor is an integral part of your learning, professional development, and networking.
The Exhibit Hall offers you the opportunity to explore and discuss with expert vendors the breadth and depth of new and favorite library products, services, books, online services, tools, and technologies.

Friday, February 9 - Opening Reception on the Exhibit Floor - 5:30pm - 7:00pm
Saturday, February 10 - 9:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday, February 11 - 9:00am - 5:00pm
Monday, February 12 - Exhibits Closing Events - 9:00am - 2:00pm

Ribbon-Cutting & Exhibit Floor Opening Reception
The Exhibit Hall opens immediately after the Opening General Session with a ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring a brief welcome by ALA and local dignitaries. The reception allows exhibitors and attendees their first opportunity to network as the exhibits kick off. Be sure to stop by this festive event with food, drinks, and entertainment.

Book Buzz Theater
Hear the latest “Buzz” about the newest titles from your favorite publishers all in one easy-to-find location in the exhibits. Check back closer to the conference date for a full schedule of participating publishers.

The PopTop Stage - Popular Topics, Every Day
The PopTop Stage features favorite book genres, including mystery, humor, romance, technology, and travel. With readings, discussions, panels, and presentations, you're sure to discover what's popular as we welcome in 2018!
Special showcase pavilions help conference attendees get an in-depth look at what's new, including the latest publications, products, and technologies. Specialty Pavilions include:
Mobile Applications Pavilion
There's “an app for that”! Find the latest mobile apps and technology to manage your library, improve service to patrons, and help readers of all ages.
Small Press/Product Area
Where new and independent presses often launch their newest titles, and a jumping-off point for new vendors to introduce themselves to the library community.
Discover a wide variety of academic and trade titles in print and digital formats, as well as database products.
Managed by ALA’s Internet Steering Committee and staffed by volunteers, the Internet Room will be available to ALA Members in the Exhibit Hall during exhibit hours.
The United States Postal Service will be on hand to take care of your shipping needs, offering exclusively Priority Mail service. Check the Post Office location on site for daily hours.
